How to Report Time (Non-Exempt)

1. Go to MyUFL

2. Enter your GatorLink Username and Password in the spaces provided on the left side of the screen.

3. Go to My Self Service in the Main Menu tab at the top left corner of the screen.

4. Select Time Reporting in the drop-down menu that appears. (For New Hires: This link should appear within six business days after paperwork has been submitted to the Library Human Resources office).

5. Select Report Time and then Timesheet.



6. Enter the time that you began work under IN, include AM or PM.

7. Enter the time that you will be leaving under OUT.

8. Click the "Submit" button to save work.

9. Click Elapsed Timesheet to enter leave. (Bottom of the page)

Note: The timesheet will only show one week at a time.
